Living in Mumbai for the last 8 years has taught to me to live life on the edge. However, I never imagined that my beloved city would be enveloped in the kind of terror attack amidst which all of us were stuck. The news started reaching us around 10 p.m. from friends who knew I stayed alone in this part of the city. Initially we were all told that a gang fight had taken place outside Leopold Café. It was quite shocking to see that one of the places which I frequented a lot was now stained in blood. However, with the passage of time, we came to know that this was not any small gang fight but a terror attack -- a one of its kind. News started pouring in about all the fire shoot-outs taking place around Victoria Terminus and near the Metro junction, places which are not even a kilometer away from the P.G. accommodation where I stay.
